Ryan and his family are rooted in Denver, Colorado, where he has established a distinguished career in the insurance industry. His professional journey began at Jack Schroeder and Associates (JSA) in Fort Myers, Florida, where he spent five years refining his skills and building a solid foundation in the field. He then transitioned to JSA’s Long Beach, California office, where he played a pivotal role in expanding the agency’s presence across the western United States. Recognizing his talent and leadership, JSA offered Ryan the opportunity to open a satellite office in Denver, Colorado, where he spent four years cultivating strong relationships and significantly enhancing the agency’s footprint in the Colorado market.
With over 15 years of industry experience, Ryan took the bold step of establishing his own firm, RMA, which has since grown into one of Colorado’s largest independent Medicare Brokerages. His expertise spans Long Term Care, Final Expense, and the full spectrum of Medicare products, including Original Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Prescription Drug Plans, and Medicare Supplements. Brittany Ching’s present success as the Director of Broker Experience & Compliance at RMA may have seemed like an unattainable dream in her younger years. She has achieved her present position through her tireless efforts, unwavering dedication, and empathy towards others. Brittany’s exceptional abilities encompass managing RMA’s operations, her comprehensive understanding of Medicare, and her meticulous attention to detail, which all contribute to RMA’s smooth functioning.
Brittany previously worked at a Medicare Health Plan Agency in Colorado, where she interacted with numerous seniors with varying healthcare requirements and gained extensive experience in conducting annual reviews. Interestingly, her academic background is in Dance Performance, having completed a Bachelor’s of Fine Arts degree.
Insurance blends her passion for precise time management and organization with a keen eye for detail. When her workday comes to an end, she delights in spending time with her loving husband and two young sons aged six and two. Additionally, she continues to teach tap dancing as an extracurricular activity. She relishes experiencing diverse cultures, cuisines, and traveling to new destinations, while also cherishing visits back to her hometown in Hawaii (although she is a Colorado native). As RMA continues to expand as the fastest-growing family-owned and operated insurance distributor nationwide, Brittany remains dedicated to preserving the values that are at the core of the business, with unwavering devotion.
